1) How do I register as a user?

• Navigate to the home page
• On the left side of the screen scroll down past the login box that has spaces for your email address and password to the "Click Here to Sign Up" button.
• You will be sent to a web page to enter your family information.
  NOTE 1: Your personal information will not be shared with anyone except your TCRG by request or a Feis you choose to register for.
  NOTE 2: You do not need to enter competitor information at this time.  You can add competitors any time you are logged in after you have successfully enrolled.  (You do need to add competitors to your account before you can register for a Feis.)
  NOTE 3: The initial sign up screen has room to sign up two competitors.  If you need to add more, you can do that at any time you are logged in after you enroll.
• After you fill in the information, click on the "Join FeisWeb" button at the bottom of the page.
  NOTE: After you click the button, any errors in the information will highlighted.  If Necessary, make any necessary corrections and click the button again.
• When you have successfully registered, you will be automatically logged in and be redirected to the home page.
  NOTE 1: On successful registration, you will receive one confirmation email.  It is sent immediately, but due to different email server configurations, receipt may be delayed.  If you do not receive it, check your Spam folder.  It may be necessary to add "Web@FeisWeb.com" to your address book before you can receive emails from the FeisWeb site.
  NOTE 2: The site does not send unsolicited emails.  You may receive them after you register for a Feis if an action is required by you to maintain your entry.

2) How do I register for a Feis?

• You must be a registered FeisWeb user.
• You must be logged in.
• At the top of the home page, look for the heading "Current Feiseanna".
• Directly under the heading, click on the name of the Feis you want to register for.
• You will see a table with all your enrolled competitors.  (If you need to add a competitor to your family click here Add_Dancer).
• Under the competitors name, there will be a drop down list of competition grades.  When you click the "Enter Dancer" button next to the grade list, you will be sent to the registration page for that Feis.
  NOTE 1: If your competitor is currently register for the Feis, the button will read "View or Change Entry" not "Enter Dancer".
  NOTE 2: If you change the selection in the drop down list box, the dances listed in the registration page will change.
  NOTE 3: If your competitor's grade changes, you should update their record to reflect the change so the default grade displayed will be correct.
• For each competition you want that person to be entered in, click the check box on the left side next to the competition description.
• When you are done selecting competitions, click the "Submit Changes" button at the bottom of the page.
• Repeat the registration process for all competitors you want entered for that Feis.
  NOTE: Until entries are closed, you may return to the registration page and update your entry.
• When done entering competitors, there will be payment choice button(s) near the top of the page.
• Click the payment option you desire and follow the directions given for payment.
  NOTE: Until entry changes are closed, you can update your entry even after payment has been made.
