Password Problem

1) Make sure you are entering the correct email address. If you have more than one email address, try an alternate. (Email addresses are not case sensitive.)

Please Note:  If the website responds "Email Address Not on File", NO password will work.

2) Passwords are CaSe sEnSiTiVe, make sure that you are entering your password exactly the same way as when you saved it.

3) If you have requested a replacement password more than once, or receive more than one, you must use the last one you received.  Your original password and older replacements will not work.

4) Random passwords sent by the website contain only the letters A-F and the numbers 0-9.  Make sure you are not substituting the letter O for the number 0 or the letter L for the number 1.

Please Note:  Passwords are irreversibly encrypted before being saved. Since they can't be unencrypted, if you request your password, you will receive a new random password instead.

The new password will be sent be email immediately. How long it takes for you to receive it is dependant on your email provider. If you took the time to verify, you should know about how long that it will take. Check your "Spam" or junk mail folders if you don't receive it in a reasonable amount of time.
