This website is intended for the use of Feis organizers and the parents of dancers. However, due to the nature of Irish dance, it could be reasonably expected that dancers younger than the age of 13 may be attracted to and attempt to use this site as well. Although children are welcome to browse the site, FeisWeb requires that only Parents or Guardians enter personal information at this website.

Types of Information Collected:
E Mail: A Users E-Mail address is the user name of the account. To
help insure security, a valid e-mail address is required. Periodically an
e-mail may be sent with upcoming Feis announcements.
Address: (incl. Street Address, City, State/Prov., ZIP/POST, Phone)
Only necessary if a Feis requires it for registration. Some Feiseanna mail
out syllabi, entry cards, etc. which uses this information. When you
request we register you for a Feis, the information you supplied in your family
information screen may be sent in addition to the dance entry data to the
individual Feiseanna's records and we can/will not be responsible for their use
of the information.
Dancer Info: (Name, Date of Birth, Dance School) Required by all
Feiseanna to conform to entry requirements.
If a user chooses to register with FeisWeb, any personal information
provided will be stored in the site database. It will only be provided to
third parties (Feis Organizers) as requested by the user. A cookie
consisting of a random number will be stored if a user chooses to log in to
FeisWeb.
Passive Collection:
Session cookies are stored automatically by the web server allowing the site
to track usage and customize visits to the site. No personal information
is stored in these cookies.
Parents may view, edit, or delete their information at any time using the family information screen.
Information collected will only be shared with third parties selected by parents.

This website is operated by Alan to assist Feiseanna in the process of dancer registration.
Only adults user are to post information.
No user is to post information about other families dancers without
consent (consent of parents/guardians for minors).
I do not and will not purposely reveal addresses or birth date
information except to Feiseanna for the purpose of registration.
Users names, dance schools, competition selections may be posted on the
Internet. Results for placing
dancers may also be posted on the Internet.
The server is professionally maintained and secured.
Credit card information is never stored on the server.
Although the personal information stored on the server is normally
secure, the possibility of criminal access or corruption of data is possible.
Although entries are electronic, users should treat it the
same as a Postal entry. All monies
collected by FeisWeb from online payment services are forwarded to the
individual Feis. Most Feiseanna
have a “no refunds” policy. Check
the Feiseanna syllabus for their policy if you have questions. If you feel you are owed a refund, it must be arranged
between the User and the Feiseanna. Since
I do not keep any of the Feiseanna’s funds in reserve, reversals come from my
personal funds. A user
initiating a funds reversal from their payment service is a violation of the
terms of service.
No entry is considered official until the Feis registrar
accepts it. Many require payment
with registration. For your
verification of correctness, your entry information may be posted on the website
before acceptance. For practical
purposes, if you pay online or pay promptly by mail your entry is official.
If your entry is declined, it will be removed from the website.
This Terms of Service is subject to change.
Decisions of the Registrar and Feis Committee will be considered final.
